Why can't you find us in chain stores?
At moyha, we prepare certain processes ourselves. This means that we operate completely differently than large clothing companies that produce textiles for mass consumers. Following trends is not a priority for us – we value comfort, well-being and high quality much more. We act in accordance with our own beliefs and design exactly the textiles we have always wanted to have in our bedrooms.
At moyha we do everything ourselves...
We invent, design, order knitwear and accessories for production, try on, style, test and improve. We never buy ready-made products, and all collections are designed by us from start to finish. We do not compromise, which is why the whole process often takes a very long time. We are perfectionists and we want the finished product to be exactly as we dreamed it.
We do not follow the fashion for prints
Our textiles are smooth and subdued. We focus on minimalism, which will always defend itself and adapt to any interior. For this reason plaids , bedspreads , pillows and bedding moyha are universal and popular as gifts. You can safely reach for them, even if you have never seen the bedroom of the person you want to give a gift to.
Textiles as your favorite clothing
We both worked in the clothing industry , so our collections are full of references to our favorite wardrobe. The collections were inspired by comfortable clothing. LIKE YOUR FAVORITE SWEATSHIRT , LIKE YOUR FAVORITE SWEATER and bedding LIKE YOUR FAVORITE T-SHIRT. We have our favorite knits that we want to use in bedroom arrangements, introducing softness, coziness and comfort to them. We like to use proven knits in interiors, so that they can surround not only our bodies, but also the space around us.
Kasia comes from the clothing industry, so she feels great about issues related to design and production. Magda participates more in testing and approving Kasia's creative projects, as she is a marketing specialist and prefers to see for herself how attractive bedroom textiles are. We know our job, which is why we do not employ a large team of specialists. We work with a trusted female team that cares about designing beautiful, cozy and skin-friendly interior textiles.
Where do we draw inspiration from?
We design 100% of Moyha bedspreads, pillows, bed linen and blankets ourselves, finding inspiration in nature . Just leave the house, go for a walk in the forest, go to the seaside or take a mountain trail to find yourself surrounded by objects, colors and textures that take your breath away. In nature, we find colors that are soothing and have a good effect on our well-being, which is why we love subdued shades, because they beautifully correspond with a natural interior. Surrounding ourselves with the colors of nature, we feel safe and are able to relax. At moyha you won't find any intense, bright colours or garish prints. Our goal is to create textiles that hug, soothe and improve well-being.
Nature as an inspiration for the moyha collection
We have been creating unique moyha collections for five years, and each of them has its own beautiful story. Today we will present three of them, which we created inspired by nature.
Collection SIMPLY WOOL was created from inspiration stones and rocks . This can be seen in the raw seams, which are a tribute to the simplicity and asceticism of stone blocks. Leather elements also appear in this series, which make the textiles look sparse, yet elegant and stylish.
Collection LAZY MORNING is a line inspired by natural colors of summer . Navy blue is associated with seaside apartments, sage is a soothing shade of sun-drenched green, and straw brings to mind the idyllic atmosphere of a vacation spent outside the city.
Our latest collection CLOSE TO NATURE was created from inspiration earthy colors . Earthy caramel and subtle sand bring us closer to nature, making us feel safe and calm. 2020 was a difficult year for all of us and showed us that being able to leave the house is a luxury. When parks and forests were closed, we were temporarily deprived of our freedom to commune with nature. It was then that the idea of being closer to nature in our own home began to germinate in our heads. This is how the latest moyha collection was created.
Nature is an inexhaustible source of inspiration that will enrich our collections many times over!
