SHIPPING OF ORDERED GOODS
Products ordered through the moyha.com online store and paid for will be delivered within 2-7 business days*.
* Working days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
We ship parcels via the GLS courier company.
Shipping cost depends on the shipping country:

Free delivery for orders over PLN 500. Shipping cost for orders up to PLN 499 PLN 14. Cash on delivery, regardless of the order amount, costs PLN 19.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You can return products ordered on moyha.com within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.
Returned goods must have all tags and must not show any signs of use.
To submit a return request, log in to your account or click "view your order" in the order confirmation email we sent you. Then, click "Request a return" for the order you wish to return. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return. Select the reason for the return and add a note to the store, e.g., that you wish to exchange the item for another item. Click "Request a return."
After receiving the return email from our store, pack the products, write the order number on the packaging and send the package to the following address:

COMPLAINTS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you have the right to file a complaint. Please send us an email regarding this matter, including your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with further instructions.
