The word itself home is soft, cozy and comfortable, and as everyone knows, home is always where our heart is. In these difficult times, when #stayathome has become a mantra repeated by everyone, loving your own four walls is especially important. Sometimes it takes very little to transform house In home and feel how the space we live in surrounds us with care. The world has frozen for a moment, and we spend more and more time in bed, transforming it into private control center of the universe and learning again how to taste coffee down to the last drop.

You certainly have a T-shirt in your wardrobe that you wouldn't get rid of for all the treasures in the world. Get up for a moment and check its composition on the label - it will definitely contain at least 80% cotton, which pleasantly wraps the body and makes you feel comfortable. And now imagine that all your bedding is made of your favorite T-shirt! This is exactly what our Senne Marzenie bedding is made of soft and delicate knitwear, which allows the skin to breathe .

At the same time light and warm, comfortable and functional, universal and modern. Thanks to its natural hygroscopicity, it is easy absorbs moisture , providing comfort during warm summer nights or fighting autumn fever. Knitted bedding made of breathable cotton is also durable and even after many washes it still remains pleasant to the skin – just like your favorite t-shirt. And speaking of washing, cotton does not require special care and can be washed in a washing machine without any problems (note - only without bleach). Of no small importance to me personally is the fact that it does not need to be ironed at all! After all, is there anything nicer than the smell of freshly washed bedding? :-)

Soft as peach skin

Natural cotton works well both frosty winter , as well as hot summer , adapting to the prevailing conditions. Regardless of whether we want to be wrapped up and warm, or we are looking for a pleasant coolness, cotton bedding will always rise to the challenge and meet our requirements. For it, our comfort is the most important thing, and Mother Nature has endowed it with unique properties, thanks to which cotton acts as dressing for our skin . This natural material will quickly settle in children's rooms and allergy sufferers' bedrooms .

Thanks to special processing we managed to create bedding with a peach skin effect , which is pleasant to the touch even for highly sensitive people. Not only our bedding is soft, because we also like to use the same word to describe the colors of moyha knitwear. We are definitely closer to the soft English soft colors than to Polish subdued, pastel, mild and delicate colours. After all, it is enough to glance at our fabulous greys, graphites, whites and colours of nature to see that they are not subdued and mild, but simply "soft".

Our bedding includes: 90-100% cotton , and selected models have been enriched with a small amount natural viscose . This material is made of cellulose and is characterized by softness and breathability. We want everyone to enjoy the benefits of our soft bedding, which is why it is available in many sizes - from 150x200 to 220x240 cm. Balance, harmony and healthy sleep

Each of us needs balance. There is a time for work and a time for rest. A time for organizing space and a time for staring at the ceiling. Improve this last skill in particular, which requires a lot of attention and patience. Celebrate daily rituals without guilt and drink your second coffee in bed in peace, be sure to dip the Italian cantuccini cookies in it (which, by the way, taste amazing at any time of the day!).

Also remember about healthy sleep rules , thanks to which you will rest and prepare for the daily challenges of the day. We know that it is not easy to leave the soft sheets in bed and expose your sleepy face to the morning chill. However, do not forget that coming back is also nice, and your linen it will certainly wait to lull you to sleep in the evening :-)

It doesn't take much to sleep healthily. Just change a few habits and you'll feel the difference after just a few nights. Below are some tried and tested tips that I use myself:

  1. Electronics in the bedroom? No way! Surely you know what the blue light emitted by smartphones is, which lowers the level of melatonin (the sleep hormone) and is perceived by the brain as daylight? So turn off the TV, phone and computer at least an hour before bed, and ideally leave these devices outside the bedroom.


  2. Routine is not monotonous at all . Some habits are healthy and have a positive effect on our sleep. One of them is a regular sleep schedule. If possible, go to bed at the same time every day and wake up at the same time. The only exception? Sunday morning!


  3. Walk, sun and relaxation . Remember about daily physical activity and practice walks, which can become a form of sport and meditation. Catch the sun's rays and enjoy every free moment. And in the evening, remember to relax - a long bath, a cup of cocoa or aromatherapy.


  4. A bedroom conducive to rest . Your kingdom of relaxation should be comfortable, cozy and safe. Before going to bed, air the room and lower the temperature, and if there is a streetlight outside the window, install external blinds.

Also remember not to invite worries, work and responsibilities into your bedroom. Leave Facebook notifications, breaking news and yesterday's orders at the door. Slow down, focus on your needs and create a place where you can shut yourself off from the world, hide under a soft blanket and simply dream of blue almonds.
