A Content Creator for moyha
That is the simplest way to describe the role, but we would rather say that we are looking for someone who will help us tell the story of moyha.
You will come up with ideas for Reels, style our products, shoot content, inspire our customers and help shape the communication of a brand that reaches thousands of people every day.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who loves creating, is full of ideas and knows how to turn them into engaging content. We would like you to help us tell our brand’s story through aesthetic and inspiring social media content.
We are not looking for someone who will simply publish posts. We are looking for a person who wants to help build the brand and have a genuine influence on how it communicates.
We do not expect many years of professional experience. A strong sense of aesthetics, initiative, independence and a willingness to grow are much more important to us. We are also looking for someone who would like to stay with us for the longer term.
What will you be doing?
- Creating short videos, Stories and Reels for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, managing the content calendar and analysing the performance of published content.
- Styling textile arrangements on beds for videos and photo shoots.
- Managing our interior styling advice service by preparing recommendations for our customers’ individual interiors.
- Following social media trends and adapting them to our brand communication.
- Using Shopify and AI tools in your daily work.
What might a typical working day look like?
One day, you may be styling a new collection and filming Reels. The next day, you might be preparing inspiration for customers, testing new video formats or planning upcoming publications.
What is important to us?
Independence and good work organisation
We are a small team in which everyone knows what they are responsible for. We provide onboarding and hold regular status meetings, but we would like you to be able to work independently, organise your own tasks and set priorities.
Creativity
Creativity is essential when producing video content for our social media profiles. If you always have your phone with you and start filming whenever you notice something interesting or beautiful around you, you should definitely apply.
We are looking for someone for whom Stories and Reels are part of everyday life and who regularly uses tools such as CapCut and Canva.
A strong sense of interior and lifestyle aesthetics
We are looking for someone who can not only create beautiful and visually consistent content but can also think from the customer’s perspective.
You should be able to understand customers’ needs, answer their questions and transform them into inspiring, helpful, attractive and sales-oriented content.
Communication skills
You should feel comfortable communicating with others and building relationships.
Openness to new tools and skills
It is not a problem if you do not know something or have not used a particular tool before. What matters is that you are willing to learn, explore, test new ideas and find out what works.
Initiative
In our small team, it is important not to wait for someone to prepare a list of tasks for you, but to be able to identify and organise them yourself.
What else would be useful?
- English at B1/B2 level would be an advantage, but it is not required.
- You do not need to meet every requirement on this list.

Recruitment stages
1. Application

If you run an Instagram, TikTok or Pinterest account, or create videos as a hobby, please send us a link. We would love to see your style and creativity.
2. Recruitment meeting
Come and meet us for a coffee and an informal conversation. Tell us about yourself and your career plans, and we will tell you more about our vision for the brand and its future development.
3. Recruitment task
We would love you to create something while you are visiting us and send us the finished material after the meeting. It could be a Story, a Reel, a collage or any other format you come up with.
4. Feedback
We will contact you with feedback within two weeks, regardless of our final decision.
