Invite spring into your interior

Zaproś wiosnę do swojego wnętrza

The time of the pandemic and the resulting need for isolation are forcing a different daily rhythm on us than before. Regardless of these changes, it cannot be denied that we are definitely going out less and, despite the increasingly frequent sun outside the window, we are spending more time in our homes. So today I invite you to a post on how to enchant interiors so that the spring we see outside the window will also appear in our homes. Literally!

We know that using plants to arrange the bedroom has many supporters, but do we all realize how valuable plants are in the room where we sleep and what a valuable influence they can have on our sleep?! Today I will try to present you with a few such arguments and suggest plant species that are great for our bedrooms…

We know that plants humidify the air, while cleansing it of harmful compounds. It is therefore worth choosing those species that produce the most oxygen, but don't worry, it is not difficult at all! Because who doesn't know our COMMON IVY?

It is a great idea for very different arrangements. We can put it on a shelf, a cupboard or a cabinet, it can decorate a windowsill or a flower stand. Just remember to keep the substrate moderately moist at all times, and the ivy will reward us by humidifying the air and cleansing it of toxic formaldehydes!

For the bedroom, I also definitely recommend Spathiphyllum. They say it's a real DIAMOND among green proposals for the interior, and that's because of its properties! First, which is not without significance, it's a plant that is very easy to grow. It calmly tolerates even very imperfect care (I love it for that!). It doesn't require a lot of light and comes in many sizes. Spathiphyllums can be bought in smaller pots, or you can choose more impressive versions. They look beautiful, and of course they purify the air from many harmful compounds, such as formaldehyde, acetone and benzene. Kasia and I both like to use Spathiphyllums in our moyh bedroom arrangements! See for yourself...

For those of you who have a hard time with regular plant care, we have something special! SANSEWERIA is a unique plant because not only is it at the top of the list of recommended bedroom plants, but it is also really not picky when it comes to growing. You may also know it by other popular names. They also call it SNAKE, or MOTHER-IN-LAW'S TONGUE. Whatever name we choose, it is worth trying, because this plant produces oxygen at night and purifies the air of carbon dioxide. And it looks beautiful in modern interiors.

We often use other green plants in our bedroom stylings. We love ficuses, crassulas and calatheas.

It is worth trying to get plants not only for health reasons, but also for visual ones. I believe that even in small bedrooms there is space for them. We can use the windowsill, a place on a dresser, a special woven flower stand, or plan an entire green corner creating a real "urban jungle" with lots of green plants. It all depends on our possibilities and preferences, of course, but when choosing the quantity and types, let's remember both how the individual species blend together and how they affect the air quality in our bedroom.

It is with plants in mind that we offer in the bedroom moyha you can find a wide selection of interesting flower covers. Who has heard of decorative bags made of impregnated cellulose? We decided to use this material to sew unique "flower pots". They look beautiful and natural, although they look like paper, they are extremely practical and long-lasting in use. The bags are sewn from impregnated cellulose, which can be wet cleaned, and the matte versions can even be washed in a washing machine! The matte versions come in four different colors.

Thanks to a similar production process to leather tanning techniques, the material guarantees flexibility and durability, and resembles leather in touch and appearance. We wanted you to be able to choose from a wide range of sizes and colors, so that they can be adapted to any interior and different sizes of plants.

So there are bags in many sizes in matte and shiny versions. Those with "shine" can be bought in three different shades: gold, silver and lead.

You can see all sizes and colors here: https://www.moyha.com/kategoria/worki-dekoracyjne

Moyha decorative bags look beautiful with plants, but the larger sizes can also be used for storage. For this purpose, we have the largest sizes XL and XXL.

I hope that the post about plants in the interior inspired you and that you want to invite more plants to your bedrooms!

Stay green! ;)
